General sales conditions


 The present General Sales Conditions are those of Horses&Clouds entity of latitude66 at Chemin de rue Marterey 1-3, 1005 Lausanne, Switzerland.
Any and every order implies the acceptance without reserve by the client(s) to the present General Sales Conditions. The General Sales Conditions outlined below cancel and replace any previous version.
You should carefully control the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. While every effort will be made to ensure that the colour and the design of the Products displayed on the Web site accurately reflect those of the original Products, variations may occur, especially as a result of the technical limitations involved in rendering colours on your computer equipment. Consequently, Horses&Clouds cannot be held responsible for any unsubstantiated errors or inaccuracies in photographs or graphic representation of the Products offered on the Web site. If you have any questions about the Products, you can of course contact our company.

Client account
If you already have a client account, you should identify yourself using your password.
If you do not already have an account with us, you will be invited to create one later by confirming your e-mail address and creating a password.
Your identifier and passwords are strictly personal and as a consequence, you engage to keep them safe and to not communicate them to third parties. Horses&Clouds cannot in any circumstance be held responsible for the loss, theft or other fraudulent use of your client account. In such a situation, you engage to inform Horses&Clouds immediately.

The creation of an account with us allows you to:
-       Monitor the delivery of your order(s) and to consult your order history.
-       Register your delivery and billing address(es) for your future order(s).

The information registered on the Web site constitutes the proof of all transactions between Horses&Clouds and its clients. In case of conflict between Horses&Clouds and its clients in regard to a transaction made on the Web site, the information registered by Horses&Clouds will be considered as evidence of the content of the transaction.
You may at any time deactivate your account with an e-mail to the company Horses&Clouds by clicking on the address at the bottom of the page. After deactivation of your account, you will be free to create a new account at any time.


Product prices are fixed at the current tariff at the time of the order. Prices include all taxes Horses&Clouds reserves the right to change at any time and without warning the Products proposed on the Web site. This is in order to ensure the best quality of service and of availability of our Products for all clients on the Web site.


Payment may be made by credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.


Availability or Non-availability
In exceptional circumstances, errors or modifications may occur, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same Product by several clients. If you make an order for a Product that is no longer available, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone as quickly as possible, and will propose that you either order an alternative Product available on our Web site, or cancel your order.
Horses&Clouds accepts no responsibility for stock shortages or for the non-availability of Products for any orders not yet accepted by Horses&Clouds.


Deliveries are made by post and delivery charges are payable by the client. The price of delivery will be calculated on the basis of the delivery address provided.
Delivery dates are given on an indicative basis only and their non-respect will in no way entail cancellation by the client or the payment of damages or interest by Horses&Clouds. This reservation is a valid equally for transport and for production, where circumstances independent of the will of Horses&Clouds may cause delays.
All deliveries are made at the risk and peril of the client. In such circumstances, the client is recommended to notify immediately any complaint to the delivery agent. Any complaints must be made to us within three days of the reception of merchandise, after which they will no longer be accepted.
The Products ordered remain the property of Horses&Clouds until payment has been received in full by Horses&Clouds.
In return, you assume all risks (including loss, theft or wear) relative to the Products from the moment when they are delivered to the address indicated at the time of your order.


Product Return
At the receipt of the product by the customer, it has a right of withdrawal, that is to say, a period of 7 days to return the product delivered, the cost of return being at the client expense. Only products purchased through the web site, and returned with their packaging and their personal protection (unopened and in their original packaging) may be recoverable.
The procedure is as follows:

The product must be complete, properly protected in its original packaging, not used or worn, along with all accessories, manuals and documentation.
The product must be accompanied by the original invoice.
The product is controlled by the vendor that will validate or not the refund, in particular by checking that the product has been returned complete and in a state in order to resell it, such as the right of withdrawal provides. If the goods meet all the requirements, it may be refund otherwise it will be shipped back to the customer who cannot get a refund.


Impossibility of execution
Horses&Clouds is free of any obligation to deliver due to circumstances out of its control and of an exceptional nature (fire, natural catastrophe, industrial action, supply problems, etc.).


Place of Jurisdiction
In the case of legal dispute, the place of jurisdiction is that of Horses&Clouds for latitude66.


Applicable Law
Only Swiss law is applicable.
